We do not charge for estimates. Routine repairs such as Phones, tablets, laptops, portable devices, PCs and consumer grade amplifiers fall under our No Fix No Fee policy.
Commercial grade equipment, power amplifiers, automotive electronics, machinery electronics and bespoke PCBs are more unique and take longer to diagnose & repair - A repair attempt fee will apply and will be disclosed before any repair is attempted.
Absolutely not. This might sound contrary to what you have heard but, drying out your device speeds up the corrosion process and creates crystal structures all over the inside of your device. Your laptop might start working again but when it stops (and it will). Over time these crystal structures will cause shorting between components and damage your device more so, resulting in a more expensive repair.
